Contrary to common belief that the books like this are written for instructors, this book is intended to students. Every topic, example and exercise are intended to the students. It usually happens that instructors make decision on what to teach and what to skip, everything presented in this book is aimed at students. So students are advised to read it thoroughly without skipping any thing. They are advised to read the theory thoroughly and then attempt to solve the examples without looking at solution. This require pen and paper work which is though laborious but very useful. After solving the example on paper then look at the solution provided. Each and every example of any section is the most important aspect of that section. So never skip any example.
